Tee Ball Foundations Training Program

Our Tee Ball Foundations Training Program is designed specifically for beginner and entry-level players who are just starting their baseball journey. This weekly training experience focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving coordination, and teaching young athletes how to move confidently and correctly on the field.

Each session is structured, energetic, and age-appropriate, ensuring players stay engaged while learning essential skills in a positive and encouraging environment.

Program Focus Areas

Basic Hitting Fundamentals – Proper stance, grip, balance, and swing mechanics
Throwing & Catching Mechanics – Hand position, arm action, and control
Fielding Fundamentals – Ready position, glove work, and tracking the ball
Coordination & Body Control – Balance, footwork, reaction, and movement patterns
Athletic Movement Development – Running form, directional changes, and body awareness
Confidence & Comfort on the Field – Learning through repetition and fun
